How are you dealing with Coronavirus (Covid-19)?

We follow a thorough sterilisation process using anti-bacterial steam cleaning for all the equipment that we provide to our customers. We also provide a new disposable pipe with a sealed cap for one-time use, as well as providing shisha hose tips for each individual.

 

How does it work?

You make a booking on our website; choosing your favourite shisha packages, drinks and treats. Select a delivery and collection time. We provide you with all the shisha equipment you need to have an enjoyable smoking session, then we come and collect our equipment at the time specified in the booking.

What happens if I don’t like the shisha flavour?

If the Shisha Pro is still at the premises, they will replace the flavour requested with a popular exhale choice free of charge. It is advised to use our exhale flavour combinations, so that such occurrences do not happen. Once the Shisha Pro has left the premises, the shisha flavour cannot be changed, though please do contact us for alternative solutions.

What happens if I want to cancel my order?

If the order is cancelled 24 hours in advance, we can provide a full refund. However, if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of delivery, we can provide credit towards your next order.

How can I place my order?

1. You can place your order through our website using our online booking system.
2. You can also call us and make a booking.
3. You can direct message us on our social media platforms and we can provide you with a link to make the booking.

What happens if I break any rented shisha equipment?

We understand that breakages occur. We would like to come to resolutions in all cases, please contact us if this happens, we’d be more than happy to help.

What is the expected delivery time?

We are open from 7pm to 12am. We try to deliver 30 minutes earlier or later from the order time specified in the booking. The time varies depending on whether you pre-order much in advance and the volume of orders we receive. It is advised that you pre-book your shisha in advance for the time that you want it.

Do you carry out events?

Yes, we specialise in catering. We cater for various events, including: Weddings, Corporate parties, birthdays, graduations, BBQ parties and many more.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We take payments through our online platform only. You can pay through out website using a PayPal account or using a debit card or credit card. We can also provide a link to your registered email address for payments.
